This two-day workshop presents hands-on instruction in developing and maintaining a compliant contract administration system. Included topics are contract briefs, deliverables (DIDs), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) issues, “gotcha” FAR clauses, compliant purchasing systems, and earned value management. It is intended for those who are somewhat familiar with the government contracting process. This two-day workshop presents hands-on instruction in developing and maintaining a compliant accounting system utilizing QuickBooks™ software. Included topics are Chart of Account setup, list management, inventory issues, contract management, job cost accounting, and timekeeping. It is intended for those who are seeking to establish or overhaul an existing accounting system that will conform with FAR Part 31.
