It is intended for those who are somewhat familiar with the government contracting process. Included topics are Chart of Account setup, list management, inventory issues, contract management, job cost accounting, and timekeeping. It is intended for those who are seeking to establish or overhaul an existing accounting system that will conform with FAR Part 31. It is intended for those who are or will be preparing an Incurred Cost Proposal for submission in accordance with FAR 52.216-7.
