Government contracting requires access and familiarization with numerous resources for legal, documentation, and forms to successfuly implement and fulfill government contract requirements. We have provided downloadable copies of many of the more commonly used documents and forms as well as links to many of the laws, rules, and regulations used in government contracting. Federal Acqusition Regulations
Arguably the most important document in government contracting, the Federal Acqusition Regulations flows down the federal laws concerning acquisition and spells them out in a set of regulations with the intent of standardizing the federal acquisition process, leveling the competitive playing field, and providing the government with the best value for the purchases it makes with tax dollars.

Federal Acquisition Regulations Matrix
This matrix guides the user to appropriate sections of the FAR as it applies to various contract types. It is primarily used for government contracting officers but is useful for government contractors to understand in advance where to find in the FAR the requirements they will be responsible for in their contract. Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
The Department of Defense places additional requirements on government contractors. Any contractor supplying goods or servies to Defense Department agencies may be required to comply with requirements found in DFARS. DFARS is also quite large and is provided here in zip format.
